Counselling at Charles Flint Therapies
Counselling offers a confidential space to talk, reflect and make sense of what may be affecting you.
People come to counselling for many different reasons. This might include anxiety, stress, low mood, grief, anger, relationship difficulties, work pressure, life changes or feeling stuck.
The work is not about being told what to do. It is about having space to understand your experience, explore what may be happening, and consider what might help.
How counselling can help
Counselling can support you to slow things down, talk things through and notice patterns that may be difficult to see alone.
It may help you understand thoughts, feelings, relationships, choices or pressures that have become hard to manage.
When counselling may be useful
Counselling may be worth considering if you are struggling more than people realise, finding it hard to talk honestly, repeating old patterns, feeling overwhelmed, or wanting space to think clearly.
You do not need to wait until things feel unmanageable before seeking support.
How I work
My approach is warm, reflective and professionally grounded. I work with care, respect and without judgement.
Where useful, counselling may include exploring thoughts, emotions, relationships, coping patterns and the wider pressures affecting your life.
