It can also be known by different terms such as; psychotherapeutic coaching, therapeutic coaching, integrative coaching, therapy-informed coaching, coaching for behaviour change. Less well known are terms such as self-development coaching, recovery coaching, coaching for shame and confidence, pluralistic approach to coaching
Whatever term is used this approach is ideal if you want to explore why you feel or act a certain way, while also developing how to move forward with purpose and clarity.
