Urgent or Immediate Support
If you or someone else needs urgent or immediate support, please use the appropriate service below rather than waiting for a reply from Charles Flint Therapies.
Charles Flint Therapies is not an emergency or crisis service, and messages may not be seen immediately.
If someone is in immediate danger
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999 or go to A&E now. This is the NHS-recommended route where there is an immediate risk to safety.
If you need urgent mental health support
If you need urgent help with your mental health but it is not an immediate emergency, you can use NHS 111 online or call 111 and select the mental health option.
If you need someone to talk
Samaritans can be contacted free on 116 123, at any time, day or night.
If you are under 19, Childline offers free support on 0800 1111 and through its online services.
Safeguarding concerns
If you are a parent, carer or professional and have an immediate safeguarding concern, use the appropriate safeguarding or emergency procedures for your situation or setting.
If a school, college, organisation or professional service is already involved, contact the appropriate safeguarding lead or professional where needed.
When the situation is not urgent
If there is no immediate risk and you are looking for support, reflection or guidance about possible next steps, you can return to the Charles Flint Therapies website and explore the available support routes.
